Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery times

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes 7–15 working days from dispatch. Some items may arrive sooner. During busy periods such as Christmas and sales events, please allow a few extra days.

Shipping cost

Standard delivery is free on all UK orders.

Order tracking

Every order is sent with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@holmsby.com and we'll look into it for you.

Why our delivery takes a little longer

We work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship items to you without expensive warehousing — this is how we keep our prices low. The trade-off is a slightly longer delivery window, and we'd rather be upfront about that.

Wrong, missing or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@holmsby.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon.
