Changed your mind? No drama.
30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email support@holmsby.com with your order number — we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to post anything back in most cases.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or approving the claim for faulty items). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
