Where's my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships (within 1–3 working days of ordering). Standard delivery is 7–15 working days. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 working days, email us.

Why does delivery take 7–15 working days?

We ship directly from our manufacturing partners rather than holding expensive UK warehouse stock — that's how our prices stay low. We're upfront about the wait so you can decide if the saving's worth it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email support@holmsby.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, you can still return it under our 30-day policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and your order number within 30 days — we'll replace it free or refund you in full. Usually no need to post anything back.

Are your electrical products safe for the UK?

We only sell solar, battery and USB-powered products — nothing that plugs into the mains — so there are no plug or voltage compatibility issues.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is coming soon.
